About us

NeoDec BV is a privately held start-up company exploiting a unique conductive-ink technology. NeoDec was founded as spin-off company from the Eindhoven University of Technology in April 2008.

Since the beginning of 2010 NeoDec has been a partner of Holst Centre.

Charles Smeijers

CEO

Charles Smeijers has been active for many years as CEO/shareholder of successful technology companies in a business-to-business environment. He is a seasoned entrepreneur experienced in take-over, mergers and setting up new businesses

Joost Valeton

CTO

Joost Valeton holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Groningen. During his studies he did an internship at Philips Research on organic and polymeric semiconductors. Currently, he is finishing his Ph.D. at the Eindhoven University of Technology on morphology control in organic semiconductors. His work has resulted in several publications and patents.

Rien de Schipper

New Business manager

For many years Rien de Schipper has been active in new product introductions in high tech mass manufacturing environments, like CD/DVD and cellphone manufacturing. He is able to translate customer requirements to realistic development goals.
